Cupcakes!

Had my cupcakes delivered last Monday! Although i was suppose to collect it on Saturday, but due to some kind of mix-up, it wasn't there when i went to pick it up. So i had it delivered to me on Monday instead.

Since it's near Valentines, i ordered the lovely Valentines design. I was eying the Chocolate Thunder design though. For those who are planning to get married or engaged, they have those themes too. Basically, you can suggest to them the theme you want and they will see if they can do it or not.

This is mine!

Pretty little things, aren't they? I'm amazed at their effort taken to do the icing. I chose the chocolate chip flavour, but i wanna try the mint chocolate chip and coffee flavours as well! But they only allow 1 flavour and design per box.

That's all folks, now off to eat me cupcakes!

First Time

It was her first time. Her first time yesterday...

Her lust finally satisfied.

It was so refreshing. So rejuvenating, from head to toe, front to back.

Yes, it was my car's first wash. Costing all 5 bucks from BHP.

BUT IT JUST HAD TO RAIN TODAY!!!

Christmas Hols

Warning: Lots of photos ahead.

Christmas was fun despite the fact that my bus was delayed and there was no tap water in Muar. My bus back home was on Friday morning, reached the bus station bright and early and waited for my bus (keeping fingers crossed that the bus will not be delayed). But alas, it was delayed because the air-con broke down. Imagine my frustration, as i had to stand and wait another hour for the bus with my bags of clothes and presents. The bus did arrive and i was glad to have 2 seats all to myself. More room for my bags. The journey back was uneventful, the driver played a movie for us passengers to watch. He played a P.Ramlee's movie 'Anak Bapak'. Was hilarious. The bus driver had to use the Jasin toll exit as the toll in Tangkak couldn't be use (flood in Rawang, so can't access the road to Muar). We pass some flooded areas, so we got to see how bad the flood situation was. Luckily, Muar town itself was not flooded. So it was business as usual.

That night, me and my brother took out the Christmas tree to be decorated. Had to buy new fairy lights as the old ones were not functioning anymore (fairy lights doesn't seem to have a long life span in our house). Placed all the presents beneath it.

Some of the decorations on the lower branches were taken off for Josh. He tends to hit anything that looks like a ball. Josh with his new trikey from my parents

Josh doesn't really now how to cycle yet, so he just pushes and walk with it. As you can see, he decorates his trikey.

The whole family went for dinner on Christmas eve.

Josh really enjoys his food.

Later in the evening, we went for the annual midnight mass in Church. Even Josh came along. He was wide awake throughout the whole night. After church, we got home and opened all our presents.

As i said earlier, we didn't have tap water at home, so since we were running out of water, we had to get it somewhere! So burst pipes and rain water came in handy.

The water woes ended after a week the water was cut off.

On the way back from Muar (with me car!!). We stopped by at Nilai. Had a short visit to Inti.

The road most traveled

Basketball court with the swimming pool behind

The old dining hall has been turned into an English Language Centre

Tis where we had our meals (usually lunch)

The Bakery....oooh..i miss the chicken rendang here

Stopped to have lunch in Nilai, and then it was back to PJ. But my day didn't end there. Continued with some shopping at 1Utama. The Christmas deco was still up.

I had a very long Christmas break. Had to clear my leaves, so i had about 12 days holiday in all. But surprisingly, it wasn't hard to wake up for work again. Now i look forward to weekends. :P

'Tis the season to go shopping...

I completed my Christmas shopping a week ago. Went to The Curve to get everything i needed. Kinda broke now. Such an expensive holiday, Christmas is! The problem now is getting the presents back to Muar! I bought some stuff at Metrojaya there and now i got a voucher for 3 free services (facial, make-up, etc..) and a RM10 voucher.

Went to Midvalley few days back. Eventhough it was a weekday, it was very very packed! And they've put up the Christmas deco.

My candy cane!

I'll be working for 3 days next week and then i'm on leave till next year. Woohoo! Christmas is fast approaching and so is New Years. And there goes another year! Have a Merry Chirstmas all!

Euro Deli

Deciding what to have for lunch/dinner can be quite challenging sometimes. Too many things to eat to little time!! Decided to try Euro Deli the other night. Read a review about it sometime back and i've been craving for some good pork chops for sometime already.

Got to Euro Deli quite early, was too hungry to wait.

It's a small and pleasant deli, with mostly pork in the menu. The reason we came was to try out the sausages but in the end we ordered other things.

Fried Flour with Bacon

Mixed Roast of Pork Ribs and Pork Knuckle

Pork Chop

The pork chop was simply delicious, even the layer of fat around it was fried nicely. As you can see, it comes with a dash of garlic spread on top. The ribs and knuckles was nice as well and didn't have too much fat in it. The prices were quite reasonable, the mixed roast was RM25 and the pork chop RM19.

I would definitely go again given the chance!

The Phone and I

I recently got a new phone for myself, bout 3 weeks ago. This is the 3rd phone i've ever had. I started using a handphone after my form 5, just before i went into college. Got the Nokia 8250 sponsored by my brother. :D Was a damn fine phone. It survived my college days (plagued with a lot of accidental drops) .

I passed on my Nokia phone to my dad before i went overseas. In UK, i got myself a Motorola V220. It was nice to have a camera phone, but it didn't last. Even before a year, the phone started having problems. First it started by continuous ringing (i assign ringtones for my sms) even after i've open and read the sms. Once it happened, i had to take out the battery only it stopped ringing! (Even off-ing the phone didn't work). Then the camera ceased functioning. At first it would be alright if i switch off and on my phone. After a while it just won't function at all. The memory of the phone is kinda small as well, about 800kb only. So if you want to copy mp3 in, you've got to cut the song up into a smaller size. Copying things in and out of the phone is also another problem. The phone didn't come with the software.

From the beginning of this year, i've been toying with the thought to buy a new phone. I've had my eyes on the Sony Ericsson k750i for ages already. But only about a month or two ago, i started diligently comparing phones, reading about phone reviews and comparing prices. I settled on the w800i but found out there's a newer phone, the Sony Ericsson w700i which is exactly the same (but comes with a smaller Memory stick). My Motorola phone couldn't fetch a decent price if i wanted to trade in, but so happens that my sis was in need of a phone. Her old phone had a crack on the screen, the inner one. (I suspected it was the work of the little imp named Josh).

So now i've got my w700i and it was money well spent. With the walkman function and 2.0 megapixels camera, i can't ask for more (for a phone). The walkman function is best used with the earphones. Really brings you to another world and wipes out all the other noises. This phone has gotten a lot of good reviews, so i hope it can last for the next few years.

Nope, i won't be peeling the plastic off the screen until i get a proper screen protector.
